Summary:
Support the full product lifecycle for Mission Computer Subsystems and hardware
Perform requirements analysis and develop system and lab design/specifications
Design hardware, software, and interface specifications
Conduct integration and flight testing of systems
Develop and document electronic/electrical system requirements
Assist in monitoring supplier performance and ensure system compliance
Troubleshoot fielded hardware and software across systems
Manage technical subcontractors and coordinate with field support teams
Interact with customers to address technical requirements and updates
Research emerging technologies for potential application to company products
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in hardware and LRU development, testing, and qualification
Experience in subsystem design, requirements allocation, and supplier management
Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills across systems, hardware, and software architectures
Practical experience with lab equipment for hardware development, troubleshooting, and data capture
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Military aircraft program experience
Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429, and Ethernet architectures
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
