As a Calibrations Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting experimental, structural, and flammability testing. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy, safety, and performance of aerospace systems. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day 

• Assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot complex test lab fixtures and equipment  

• Perform calibrations on instrumentation and load frames with a high degree of accuracy  

• Inspect, assemble, and repair complex test articles and specimens  

• Assist with test execution and related activities  

• Maintain accurate documentation and support routine inventory of lab equipment  

• Interpret blueprints and apply shop math in daily tasks  

• Follow all safety rules and procedures; identify and address unsafe conditions  

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and engineering teams to complete assignments  

• Apply Lean and 6S principles to maintain clean and efficient workspaces  

• Properly use and maintain company tools and equipment  

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED  

• Experience with basic hand tools  

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform basic math  

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English  

• Valid driver’s license  

• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, work in confined areas, and lift up to 50 lbs  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or electronics  

• Basic sheet metal experience (cutting, bending, forming, drilling)  

• Basic electrical experience and ability to read schematic diagrams  

• Familiarity with aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair  

• Introductory machining experience  

• Basic computer/software knowledge
