JOB TITLE: Quality Control Inspection - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $30/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Interim Secret clearance required prior to start.
Shift: First Shift, Full-Time (Mon-Thurs) 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

Summary:
Conduct all types of inspections in accordance with established workmanship standards
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Use basic measuring equipment and instruments for continuity checks on assemblies/components
Maintain complete understanding of acceptance criteria used on the production floor
Properly document errors or discrepancies in a neat and legible manner
Follow correct procedures and precautions to prevent equipment damage and ensure personal safety
Maintain a neat and orderly work/inspection area
May require lifting up to 15 pounds
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements:
Interim Secret clearance required prior to start.
High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required)
Ability to follow work instructions and read blueprints
Computer literacy
Ability to identify discrepancies
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Active J-STD-001 certification
Active IPC-610 certification
