PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire detail-driven Assemblers who are ready to play a hands-on role in producing high-quality aerospace components. In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

What You’ll Do Every Day

As an Assembler, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment where precision and consistency matter:

• Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards

• Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment

• Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts

• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers

• Record, analyze, and report production and quality data

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

• Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production

• Support the Operating System and site operational goals

What You Must Have

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Computer literacy

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)

• Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet

• Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time

• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

Compensation & Bonus:

• Subco Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!

  • $1,000 at 30 days

  • $1,000 at 60 days

  • $1,000 at 90 days

  • Total potential bonus: $3,000

• 1st shift (5x8 Days)

  $25.32/HR $37.98/OT

  Monday – Friday 6am – 2:30pm

• 2nd shift (5x8 evenings)

  $27.32/HR, $40.98/OT

  Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm

• 3rd shift (5x8 Nights)

  $27.32/HR, $40.98/OT

  Sunday – Thursday 10pm – 6:30am

• B Shift (4x10 Nights)
  $27.32/hr $40.98/OT
  Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM

• 4th Shift/ C (3x12 Days)
  $28.19/HR, $42.98/OT
  Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

   

• 5th Shift / D Shift (3x12 Nights)
  $28.19/hr, $42.98/OT
  Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Additional Requirements

1. US Citizenship, Resident or Green Card holder required (proof of valid unexpired documentation will be required if hired)

2. Comfortable working in a fully gowned cleanroom (full body suit, face mask, eye shields, gloves, anti-static bracelet)

3. Background check required

4. Drug test required

5. Reliable attendance for assigned shift and schedule
