Proven project management experience—timelines, scoping, resource planning
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Deep expertise in automation troubleshooting, including PLCs & control systems
Certifications such as SMRP or CAPM
Experience in highly regulated sectors (pharma, medical, logistics, advanced manufacturing)
Skills with robotics, IoT integration, and AI‑driven automation solutions
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Experience leading end‑to‑end automation initiatives
Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers
Ability to navigate manufacturing environments, including elevated or confined spaces
Lift/carry up to 60 lbs., with support for heavier equipment
Skilled in using precision and diagnostic tools
Comfortable with extended standing, kneeling, climbing, and bending
Commitment to strict safety standards including LOTO and PPE protocols
