What You’ll Own & Influence

✨ Co-lead strategic planning and deployment of automation systems alongside engineering & production teams
✨ Drive turnkey installations, commissioning, and site-level training
✨ Partner with global stakeholders to strengthen communication and resource alignment
✨ Solve complex automation issues through expert-level troubleshooting and PLC logic mastery
✨ Develop & refine best practices that elevate automation reliability organization‑wide
✨ Leverage data analytics to optimize system performance and uncover improvement opportunities

✨ Travel up to 35% for onsite assessments, support, and training

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in automation support, project management, or large-scale industrial manufacturing

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts

• Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder relationship management

• Proven project management experience—timelines, scoping, resource planning

• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities

• Deep expertise in automation troubleshooting, including PLCs & control systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as SMRP or CAPM

• Experience in highly regulated sectors (pharma, medical, logistics, advanced manufacturing)

• Skills with robotics, IoT integration, and AI‑driven automation solutions

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

• Experience leading end‑to‑end automation initiatives

• Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Ability to navigate manufacturing environments, including elevated or confined spaces

• Lift/carry up to 60 lbs., with support for heavier equipment

• Skilled in using precision and diagnostic tools

• Comfortable with extended standing, kneeling, climbing, and bending

• Commitment to strict safety standards including LOTO and PPE protocols
