We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong aerospace structures background to support production on large airframe programs.

This is a highly focused role supporting metallic and composite structures within a Tier 1 aerospace manufacturing environment. The position is heavily tied to assembly processes, tooling, and shop floor production support.

What You’ll Be Doing
-Support manufacturing and assembly processes for airframe structures (metallic & composite)
-Develop and maintain mBOMs, routings, and work instructions
-Provide hands-on shop floor support during production and builds
-Support tooling development, validation, and improvements
-Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
-Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues in real-time
-Support process improvements tied to quality, efficiency, and cost

What We’re Looking For
-Aerospace structures manufacturing experience (REQUIRED)
-Strong background in assembly processes & tooling (big focus)
-Experience supporting production / build environments
-Proficiency with CATIA V5
-Experience with Teamcenter (or similar PLM)
-Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
-Strong understanding of metallic and composite airframe structures
Experience Levels
-~5 years experience β†’ ~$100K range
-~10+ years experience β†’ ~$120K range

-On-site role (no remote)
-ITAR environment β†’ U.S. person required
-Relocation assistance available
-Tier 1 aerospace production environment (large commercial programs)
