We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support a full aircraft production environment with a growing aerospace organization in Sandpoint, ID.

This is a broad, hands-on role supporting the full manufacturing lifecycle — not limited to one area. You’ll work across structures, machining, avionics, and final assembly, playing a key role in production support, process ownership, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
-Own and improve manufacturing processes across multiple disciplines
-Support shop floor production and troubleshoot real-time issues
-Perform root cause & corrective action (RCCA) on manufacturing problems
-Develop and manage mBOMs, routings, and work instructions
-Partner with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams
-Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost
-Support tooling, equipment, and process optimization

What We’re Looking For
-8+ years of aerospace manufacturing engineering experience
-Strong hands-on shop floor / production support background
-Experience with RCCA / troubleshooting
-Knowledge of BOM / mBOM and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
-Familiarity with Teamcenter and/or NX is a plus
-Well-rounded background (not limited to one area like structures only)

-Full aircraft manufacturing environment (OEM-level exposure)
~-10% travel
