Summary:

Lead special projects and initiatives to advance systems maturity toward type certification (ATC) and entry into service (EIS)

Develop integrated plans, lead cross-functional teams, and manage execution throughout certification and customer introduction programs

Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including executive leadership, regulators, suppliers, and internal teams

Manage risks and opportunities while supporting cross-functional and Integrated Product Team (IPT) issues

Lead technical investigations to ensure system integration, compliance, and risk mitigation

Drive cross-functional coordination for technical integration, certification, and project execution

Support resolution of complex issues related to certification, delivery, supply chain, and program risks

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science

10+ years of experience in complex engineering or system integration work

7+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects

5+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, and stakeholders

9+ years of total relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
