Contract Administrator
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to support a leading organization in the aerospace industry. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape major contract activities, partner with cross functional teams, and ensure seamless execution of complex contractual commitments.
As a Contract Administrator, you will serve as the central liaison between the client, internal teams, and employees performing contract work. Your expertise will ensure contractual compliance, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain smooth communication across all stakeholders. This role directly supports mission critical aerospace programs and requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full Time; Consultant (12 month assignment)
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $41.06 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Administer higher complexity contracts, ensuring full understanding and adherence to contract terms.
Serve as the primary point of contact between corporate clients and contractor employees.
Monitor performance and determine compliance with contract requirements.
Handle contract related inquiries and resolve operational issues proactively.
Work collaboratively with attorneys, procurement teams, and other internal stakeholders when needed.
Maintain accurate contract documentation and support contract lifecycle activities.
Ensure alignment with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Provide guidance and clarity to team members and clients to support contract execution.
Bachelor’s degree.
Typically 4+ years of relevant contract administration experience.
Experience requirements may be lower with advanced contracting education or certifications.
Strong understanding of contract terms, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
Ability to interpret complex agreements and communicate key requirements clearly.
Proven ability to partner with cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Advanced education in business, legal studies, or related fields.
Contracting certifications (e.g., NCMA certifications).
Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
Background working with legal teams or supporting contract audits.
