JOB TITLE: C-17 Material Coordinator
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $30.16/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Route materials to designated storage locations per established procedures

Conduct inventory checks and report any damage or deterioration

Issue and prepare materials for shipment

Review production schedules to ensure material availability aligns with program needs

Identify and resolve material shortages, discrepancies, and inventory issues

Perform analysis related to material requirements, inventory levels, and scheduling

Order parts, tools, and equipment as needed

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, tool control, FOD, inventory control, and housekeeping standards

Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned

Exposure to noise and industrial environments

Work performed on various shifts and in varying conditions

Requires adherence to all safety and operational protocols

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

4+ years of warehouse inventory experience (parts accuracy and accountability)

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to obtain a forklift license

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (team lift for >50 lbs)

Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and on elevated platforms

Frequent standing, walking, balancing, and reaching overhead

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Must pass vision and color perception tests

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
