Product Acceptance Specialist

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a precision driven Product Acceptance Specialist for a full time, 6?month consulting assignment supporting a world?class aerospace organization. In this role, you will ensure that every product meets strict engineering, safety, and compliance standards before it moves forward in the manufacturing process. Your work is essential to delivering aircraft components that perform with absolute reliability.
Location: Orangeburg, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5:00am–1:30pm)
Pay Range Starting at : $32.27 per hour
As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you will verify product conformance, document results, identify non conformities, and support continuous improvement efforts through audits and product reviews. Your objective evaluations directly influence product integrity and customer satisfaction within a high precision aerospace environment.
Verify routine product conformance to engineering drawings, design specifications, and process requirements.
Provide objective evidence of inspection results to support production quality and regulatory standards.
Perform auditing, surveillance, and ongoing monitoring of products and processes.
Identify and document discrepancies in accordance with established procedures.
Segregate, manage, and control non conforming materials and items.
Conduct preliminary reviews and make disposition decisions for non conformances.
Support product reviews and participate in verification activities alongside customers or auditors.
Identify repetitive issues or significant deviations and initiate corrective action requests.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of related work experience in inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or a similar field.
Ability to understand and follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and documentation.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Vocational school or Associate degree in a technical field.
Experience with quality assurance, aerospace manufacturing, or product verification processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
Comfort working in fast paced production environments.
