Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Serve as the primary point of contact for parts support, order validation, and supply issue resolution

Analyze delivery schedules and requirements to support mission readiness

Coordinate with program asset managers and suppliers to resolve shortages and discrepancies

Maintain accurate data within and customer logistics systems

Prepare and deliver reports on supply performance and metrics

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with customers and leadership

Support shipping/receiving activities and related documentation

Track inbound and outbound shipments and follow up as needed

Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships

Support warehouse operations, including forklift operations as required

Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management

Experience using logistics systems, inventory databases, or supply support systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in customer-facing or operational environments (not solely back-office)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution

Comfort working with changing priorities and incomplete information

Ability to complete required training and qualifications to meet operational expectations

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD logistics operations

Familiarity with USAF systems (e.g., FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM processes)

Experience with product deficiency reporting

Knowledge of hazardous material handling and shipping

Ability to interpret technical publications or engineering documentation
