Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Investigate and develop equipment and tooling concepts and specifications to satisfy aerospace product design and build requirements.

Perform tool liaison activities to support tool fabrication and production use.

Participate in design reviews, collect design requirements, create and revise drawings and models to support the build plan.

Create specifications and purchase requests for acquisition of new equipment and tooling from external vendors.

Check designs for compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.

Develop and document equipment and tooling inspection and usage instructions, preventative maintenance plans, and support user training development.

Manage budgets and schedules to deliver equipment and tooling solutions to customers.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.

1 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
