Summary:

Develop precedence networks and schedules between production milestones.

Support barge activities, including monthly schedule development, operational planning execution (OPE), data analytics, identification of alternate workable jobs, critical chain visibility, and chit board support.

Develop operating and recovery plans on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, incorporating constraint-based scheduling and crew cycling.

Apply engineering methods (mathematical models, simulations, statistics) to optimize process design and efficient resource utilization (facilities, personnel, materials, equipment).

Schedule work plans, conduct data analysis (historical, trends, production impacts), and recommend staffing or process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or related STEM field from an ABET-accredited university.

2 5 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management.

2 5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or Production Engineer in a factory environment.

Familiarity with Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Planning, engineering drawings/specifications, and Lean concepts (certifications preferred).

Experience with programming languages, including Python, SAS, VBA, SQL.

Must be able to walk, stand, and enter aircraft via steps or ladders.

Must be able to go up and down stairs.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
