JOB TITLE: Electromechanical Technician

PAY RATE: $30-40/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Set up wiring and cabling for test systems inside aircraft

Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic and electrical systems

Calibrate, adjust, and maintain electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical equipment

Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions

Fabricate and terminate military wiring harnesses and connectors

Prepare prescribed compounds and solutions as required

Perform general mechanical and fabrication tasks in a laboratory or manufacturing environment

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

Previous soldering experience

Strong electronic and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience with electronic and electrical fabrication

Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment

Mechanical and general fabrication skills

Experience fabricating and terminating military wiring harnesses and connectors

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
