Location: Kansas City, MO (near the airport) | Payrate : $17.30

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. In this role, you will help maintain stock levels, perform physical counts, assist with receiving, and ensure materials are properly organized and accounted for. This is a hands-on position that requires both inventory experience and manual labor capability.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing shortages or excess.
Conduct physical inventory counts and audits to reconcile discrepancies.
Track and maintain inventory records using digital tools or spreadsheets (no system transactions required).
Receive, unpack, sort, and properly store incoming materials.
Label and place inventory in the correct warehouse or storage locations.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized storage environment.
Coordinate orders and shipments as needed, including supporting loading and unloading processes.
Assist with staging, moving, and organizing inventory manually as required.
1–2 years of inventory control experience (no system transactions needed).
1–2 years of manual labor or warehouse experience.
Ability to take direction, follow detailed instructions, and work efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and organizing materials.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment
Organized and able to maintain accurate records
Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
