Summary:
Develop and maintain real-time embedded software using C/C++
Support Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) integration and testing
Integrate hardware and software systems in a lab environment
Work within cross-functional teams across engineering disciplines
Support real-time software generation, simulation, and system validation
Participate in system integration and troubleshooting activities
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance (required at start)
Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in embedded software development
Strong proficiency in C/C++ (C++11 or higher)
Experience with Linux and real-time operating environments
Hands-on experience with HWIL systems and real-time embedded systems
Experience integrating hardware and software
Ability to work onsite in Dallas (Grand Prairie) lab environment
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Master s degree or higher in a related field
Experience with Ada programming
Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience
Experience with Git, GitLab, and JIRA
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience with closed-loop systems integration
Experience with automated testing frameworks and unit testing
Low-level software development and device driver experience
