Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (7:30 AM 4:30 PM) | 9/80 schedule
Clearance: Not required to start; must have ability to obtain Secret clearance if needed

Summary:
Lead execution of NAVAIR RCM and CBM+ tasks
Perform detailed RCM analysis in accordance with SAE JA1011/JA1012 standards
Analyze system functions, failure modes, effects, and consequences
Utilize FMECA and reliability data to develop maintenance strategies
Prepare clear RCM reports with findings and recommendations
Recommend preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance actions
Evaluate maintenance task effectiveness, feasibility, and cost impact
Support development of maintenance plans and schedules
Analyze operational, failure, and maintenance data
Support root cause analysis and failure investigations
Requirements:
Clearance: Not required to start; must have ability to obtain Secret clearance if needed
Experience with NAVAIR RCM and CBM+
Knowledge of NAVAIR policies, DoD requirements, and industry standards
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals (e.g., IPCs, maintenance manuals, technical orders)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in a related technical field
Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) ASQ
RCM Practitioner Certification or NAVAIR/DoD RCM training
Experience with tools such as GOLD, REDARS, and Haystack
Experience with military or commercial aircraft systems and modifications
Familiarity with maintenance documentation (ICA, overhaul manuals, wiring diagrams, etc.)
Knowledge across electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering disciplines
