About the Role

We’re seeking a Byproducts Reuse Navigator to help our industrial sites identify reuse and recycling outlets for hazardous secondary materials and other valuable industrial byproducts. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end process—from understanding the material to finding partners, building the business case, and supporting implementation.

This is a 12‑month, full time role for 2026, with the potential to expand based on results.

  • Strong business case and cost‑analysis skills

What You’ll Do

  • Identify reuse/recycling partners for industrial byproducts

  • Develop full business cases and cost analyses

  • Leverage cross‑industry networks to explore reuse opportunities

  • Interpret chemical/technical data

  • Support initial implementation across U.S. industrial sites

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or associate’s + 4+ years experience)

  • 2+ years in industrial hazardous waste or byproduct reuse

  • Ability to analyze chemical data

  • Knowledge of logistics and environmental regulations

  • TRUE Advisor and/or CHMM certification is a plus

  • Fully Remote: Anywhere in the U.S.

Pay Details: $52.55 per hour
