Financial Analyst – Drive Impact in a High?Visibility Aerospace Finance Role (Remote)

Pay Rate: $56.63 per hour (submissions over this rate allowed; pay commensurate with experience)
 

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a leading organization in the aerospace industry. In this high-impact remote role, you will serve as a key member of the Supply Chain Cost & Compliance Finance group, ensuring accurate financial tracking, reconciliation, and reporting related to tariff post summary corrections (PSCs) and duty drawback refunds.

Your work will directly support supply chain operations, compliance accuracy, and financial transparency—making you a critical partner across multiple cross?functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead reconciliations across SAP, ACE (Customs) Reports, and internal PSC/Duty Drawback trackers.
• Monitor and report all cash receipts associated with PSC and duty drawback refunds.
• Partner with Cash Application, Global Trade, Tariff PMO, and Supply Chain Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly Blackline reconciliations for PSC refund G/L accounts with proper documentation.
• Compile supporting documentation and analysis to maintain accurate PSC receivable and accrual balances.
• Support ad hoc tariff reporting and financial analysis for leadership and the cost and compliance finance team.
• Identify, escalate, and report internal control issues or discrepancies.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (strong analytical experience required for non-degreed candidates).
• Prior experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, including handling large or complex datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to reconcile data across multiple systems.
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Blackline, or Customs ACE reporting.
• Background supporting supply chain finance or compliance-related financial functions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
