PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Global Mobility Specialist who will play a key role in supporting international talent movement and global workforce strategy.
About the Role & Your Impact
As a member of the Global Mobility team, you will provide high-level operational support to Global Mobility Managers in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This role is essential in ensuring global assignments and relocations are executed efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong employee experience focus.
You will help enable cost-effective and practical mobility solutions that directly support business objectives and global talent deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Global Mobility Administration and Support
Manage employee inquiries, anticipate needs, and process system transactions
Respond to HR and employee questions regarding mobility policies, processes, and assignment status
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, payroll, finance, and external vendors
Support relocation, onboarding, compliance, and full assignment lifecycle activities
Partner with tax, payroll, and immigration vendors to ensure regulatory compliance
Provide guidance on mobility policies and best practices
Identify and implement efficient, practical solutions that balance risk and employee experience
Expense Management and Invoicing
Review, approve, and process mobility-related expense reimbursements
Ensure accurate reporting of expenses to payroll for tax purposes
Review vendor invoices for accuracy and coordinate payment processing
Allocate costs to appropriate cost centers
Project Management and Program Support
Support planning, tracking, and execution of global mobility projects
Lead or contribute to projects involving mobility, rewards, and benefits programs
Assist with policy development, process improvement, and program harmonization
Gather data, manage timelines, and communicate results to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, global mobility, tax, finance, relocation, or related functions
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with international mobility concepts including tax, payroll, relocation, and immigration
Proficiency with standard office tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of direct experience managing global mobility assignments across the full lifecycle
Experience with Workday, Vialto MyMobility, or similar assignment management systems
Background in aerospace or a highly regulated industry
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Experience advising HR and employees on mobility policies and strategy
Additional language skills (French, German, or Spanish)
Experience using Google Workspace tools
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: onsite three days per week
Up to 10% travel, including occasional short-notice trips
Collaborative environment requiring both independent work and teamwork
Standard office setting with occasional production floor exposure requiring PPE
