🚀 Overview

We are seeking Senior Structural Analysis Engineers to support cutting-edge aircraft programs within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) – Air Dominance division.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring structural integrity and performance across the full product lifecycle using advanced analytical methods, finite element modeling, and simulation tools.

This is an opportunity to work on next-generation aerospace platforms in a highly collaborative, engineering-driven environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements to support system design

Perform and guide structural analysis using FEM, simulations, and analytical methods

Collaborate cross-functionally to define product environments and performance criteria

Develop and execute test plans, analyze results, and ensure systems meet requirements

Generate certification documentation to support compliance with regulatory and customer standards

Lead investigations into in-service issues and failure analysis, recommending design improvements

Enhance and develop analysis tools and processes to improve efficiency and quality

Provide technical leadership while working with minimal oversight

🧠 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
(ABET preferred but not required)

10+ years of structural analysis experience

8+ years analyzing aerospace structures (primary structure, subsystems, or weapons systems)

Strong experience with:

Finite Element Methods (FEM) and structural simulations

Hand calculations and classical analysis methods

CAD tools (CATIA, NX/Teamcenter, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, etc.)

FEM tools (NASTRAN, PATRAN, Abaqus, HyperWorks, StressCheck)

Microsoft Office tools
