🟦 Key Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🔹 Successfully design and release complex RF PCB designs from concept through production.

🔹 Complete schematic capture and provide schematic packages plus RF transitions to PCB design for layout execution.

🔹 Coordinate closely with:
✔ PCB Designers
✔ Electrical Engineers
✔ Mechanical Packaging Teams
✔ Thermal Engineers
✔ Stress Analysts
✔ Manufacturing Teams

🔹 Develop engineering deliverables including:
✅ Schematics
✅ Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designs
✅ Circuit Card Assembly Drawings

🔹 Ensure designs meet manufacturing, quality, and performance requirements.

🟩 Required Qualifications
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ Senior-level experience with RF PCB Design

✔ Strong background in PCB Design, Fabrication, and Assembly

✔ Experience working with external vendors and internal manufacturing teams

✔ Hands-on experience using Siemens Xpedition

✔ Ability to incorporate simulation / design inputs from Ansys

✔ Knowledge of industry standards including:
• IPC 2221
• IPC 2222
• IPC 2223
• IPC 6012
• IPC 6013
• IPC 600

✔ Ability to review PCB and assembly drawings for compliance with:
• Drafting Standards
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Change Management / Release Packages

✔ Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise-level technical issues

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Ability to clearly explain how designs meet engineering requirements
