JOB TITLE: Aircraft Structural & Mechanical Systems Assembler
LOCATION: North Charleston, SC
PAY RATE: $26/hour

Summary:
Assemble structural parts, mechanical systems, and sub-assemblies
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
Collaborate with Integrated Build Teams to resolve production issues
Identify and escalate production constraints
Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with cross-training and team performance improvement
Support overtime as needed to meet production goals
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required
Vocational training or Associate degree preferred
1+ year of manufacturing or fabrication experience
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
