PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assemblers who will help build high-quality aircraft components. This role provides hands-on experience assembling critical systems that directly impact the performance and safety of aerospace products.

As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, your work ensures that large or medium-sized components are precisely assembled, supporting the efficiency and reliability of production operations. Your contributions help maintain the high standards that define aerospace excellence.

Role Overview

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler completes assembly operations on aircraft components using machinery and tools, following company procedures and production quotas. The role requires careful attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of large or medium-sized components using machinery and hand tools

• Complete repetitive work while meeting production quotas and quality standards

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and bills of material (preferred)

• Inspect components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality and functional standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all operations

• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education

• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and assembly guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or bills of material

• Previous experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly

• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards
