PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to find a talented Design and Analysis Engineer ready to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development, testing, and optimization of advanced electronic and electrical systems that power next-generation aerospace solutions. Your work will directly support mission-critical programs and cutting-edge technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in developing and documenting electronic and electrical system requirements

• Design and modify hardware and software based on defined specifications

• Execute system testing to verify operational and functional performance

• Support fabrication teams and suppliers during build processes

• Troubleshoot test racks and resolve integration or production issues

• Conduct acceptance testing and document compliance with design standards

• Develop and maintain test scripts using C and C++

• Research emerging technologies for potential application to business needs

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, or related field

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years with a Master’s degree

• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Experience with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)

• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Siemens Capital
