LOCATION: Warner Robins, GA
PAY RATE: $39/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM 12:00 AM)
Days: Wednesday Saturday (Off Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts

Summary:
Manage and process AOG/MICAP orders, including initiation, tracking, and post-delivery activities.
Support development and execution of transportation and logistics strategies and processes.
Monitor and ensure service provider performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
Identify and support transportation risk mitigation efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure efficient operations.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and logistics providers.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (typically 4+ years of related experience).
3 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation.
Working knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to work all shifts as required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) or MICAP logistics operations.
Experience supporting military or defense programs (USAF preferred).
Experience in transportation risk management or supplier performance oversight.
