Procurement Analyst
We are seeking a detail oriented, proactive Procurement Analyst to support invoicing processes, collaborate with supplier finance teams, and ensure accurate, timely payments. In this role, you’ll audit invoices, validate charges, maintain financial tracking systems, and work closely with internal partners to resolve discrepancies. Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift 7AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $28 - $33.00/Hour
Audit invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual and billing requirements.
Perform payment reconciliation and conduct open statement analysis.
Partner with external supplier finance teams to support accurate, timely invoicing.
Maintain and update the invoice log for precise tracking and reporting.
Manage a comprehensive invoice database and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contract or billing discrepancies.
Apply strong analytical thinking to daily tasks and problem solving.
Identify and recommend process improvements to increase invoicing efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Strong data analysis skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas
Strong written communication skills for internal and supplier correspondence
Preference for candidates with basic accounting knowledge or experience
Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance operations
Hands on invoicing experience with knowledge of invoicing standards
Strong relationship building and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
