PAY RATE: $21.21/hour

Summary:
Manufacture composite aircraft parts to meet engineering and manufacturing specifications.
Perform composite manufacturing processes, including:
Lay-up
Cutting
Bagging
Autoclave operations
Trimming
Composite repair
Read and interpret:
Work orders
Blueprints
Lofts and sketches
Operation sheets
Verify work quality and ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection.
Maintain required logs and production records (MIR sheets, DMTs, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.).
Support FOD, 5S, Lean manufacturing, and safety initiatives.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ year of composite manufacturing experience.
Experience working with composite resins and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to read and interpret a 6-inch scale.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
Must be able to work any shift.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Experience:
Aerospace or aircraft composite manufacturing experience.
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
