Pay: $62.59/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift — 8:00am–5:00pm, 8:30am–5:30pm, or 9:00am–6:00pm
As a Manufacturing Engineer IV, you will be the go‑to technical expert for offline CMM programming, dimensional inspection strategy, and model-based manufacturing support. Your work ensures that high-precision components meet stringent quality standards while enabling the team to achieve top-tier safety, delivery, and cost performance.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, machinists, and operators—empowering them with clear instructions, reliable programs, and real-time problem-solving.
Develop, maintain, and verify precision CMM programs using PC-DMIS v2025.1.
Program components in alignment with established standards and Product Quality Plans.
Manipulate and prepare solid models using Siemens NX 2206/2412 to support programming needs.
Prove out CMM programs, validate inspection results, and ensure hardware/software readiness.
Provide daily operator support and troubleshooting across the shop floor.
Train operators and Manufacturing Engineers on CMM tools and methods as needed.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Create and maintain workstation instructions for all CMM-related processes.
Communicate effectively across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
Thrive in a high-paced environment, championing positive change and operational excellence.
Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or Machinist Apprentice graduate with 3+ years in dimensional inspection
OR High School Diploma with 6+ years in dimensional inspection.
3+ years of offline PC-DMIS programming experience.
Strong experience interpreting engineering drawings with excellent GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5M – 2018).
Demonstrated ability to program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines.
Proficient working with 3D solid models (NX preferred).
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and shop math skills (geometry & trigonometry).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
Structured Light Scanning experience—preference for Zeiss Inspect Professional.
VBA, Python, C++, or similar programming background.
Experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine (HDGT) or Aerospace components.
