Summary:

Develop and maintain detailed cable and wire harness designs and assemblies.

Perform analysis, review results, and conduct design reviews.

Provide engineering disposition on discrepancies, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

Document design processes, procedures, and technical specifications for electrical commodities.

Develop technical statements of work, metrics, schedules, and budgets for assigned tasks.

Review supplier technical capabilities to support selection and procurement.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement design improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (ABET-accredited preferred, but not required).

9+ years of relevant experience in electrical design, wire harnesses, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master s + 7 years, PhD + 4 years).

Strong knowledge of cable/wire harness design, documentation, and manufacturing processes.

Experience analyzing design results and providing technical recommendations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
