JOB TITLE: Product Review Engineer I - Liaison Engineering

Summary:
Review and analyze production non-conformances, identifying root causes and developing corrective actions.
Apply design principles to assess and resolve structural and system issues throughout the product lifecycle.
Document and communicate deviations from specifications that could impact design intent, safety, or compliance.
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including evaluating, approving, and documenting non-conforming parts and assemblies.
Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to implement process and product improvements.
Provide technical guidance to production teams to ensure conformance to quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s of Science degree in Engineering from an ABET or ABET-equivalent accredited program
5+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering
This position supports multiple shifts and may include off-shift, weekend, or travel assignments
Candidates may periodically be assigned to first, second, or third shift, as well as weekend or daily overtime
Shift requirements vary by site and are typically covered on a rotation basis
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications :
5+ years of experience working with Material Review Board (MRB) activities related to aircraft systems or structures
Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes
Prior Engineering MRB certification
