Product Acceptance Specialist
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Type: Full-Time | Consultant (9 Month Contract)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate Starting at: $32.47 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Product Acceptance Specialist to support a leader in the aerospace industry. In this critical quality focused role, you will verify that products meet engineering and design requirements before they advance through production or delivery. Your work ensures safety, reliability, and compliance across key aircraft programs, making you an essential contributor to overall operational excellence.
Verify product conformance to engineering drawings and design specifications.
Provide objective evidence and documentation of inspection results.
Perform audits, surveillance, and ongoing quality monitoring activities.
Identify, document, segregate, and control non conforming items.
Conduct preliminary review and support disposition of non conformances.
Participate in customer product reviews during verification processes.
Identify recurring or high impact issues and initiate corrective action requests.
Support quality assurance processes to maintain consistent standards across production.
Aerospace experience (required).
737 program experience.
Valid A&P license.
3+ years of commercial or military derivative maintenance experience.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience performing inspection, product acceptance, or quality assurance tasks.
Familiarity with aerospace verification processes and quality systems.
Strong understanding of documentation requirements and industry standards.
