Job Responsibilities

As a Machinist, you will help ensure efficient and accurate machining operations by performing tasks such as:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for daily production.
• Perform first?piece inspections to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Maintain consistent quality on all parts throughout production runs.
• Follow all work instructions and quality procedures precisely.
• Deburr machined parts and ensure finished components meet standards.
• Edit G?code programs when necessary to ensure machining accuracy.
• Support the team in meeting production deadlines and job priorities.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.
• Attend and contribute to daily tier meetings.
• Track and run jobs in order of precedence to support smooth workflow.
• Enter and maintain accurate production data using the SAP system.

 Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates with:

Required

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency with common precision measuring devices, such as:
  • Calipers
  • Outside micrometers
  • 6" steel rulers
  • Height gauges
  • Depth micrometers
• Basic computer skills

Preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of CNC experience (not required—willing to train the right mechanically inclined candidate)
