JOB TITLE: Product Review Engineer 6 Liaison Engineering

Summary:
Analyze production non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and develop engineering dispositions
Apply design principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle
Research technical, operational, and quality issues to develop effective engineering solutions
Identify, document, and analyze reported issues that may impact design intent, safety, or compliance
Recommend, manage, and implement corrective actions and product/process improvements
Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews
Represent engineering from initial build through production and post-production environments
Ensure supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing engineering standards
Develop customer correspondence supporting the continued safe operation and maintenance of aircraft
Participate in on-site repair teams, accident investigations, and technical support teams
Evaluate structural damage or modifications to determine appropriate jacking, shoring, and repair procedures
Design interim structural repairs and perform static strength analysis
Develop non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures, tools, and standards
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited (or equivalent) program
20+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Structural engineering
Systems engineering
Design engineering
Production engineering
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Senior-level experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering
Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes
Experience supporting aircraft production or structural repairs
