Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
Pay Rate starting at: $34.56 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail driven Government Property Management Specialist to support a major aerospace partner in Huntsville. In this role, you will help ensure full compliance with federal regulations and contractual requirements while managing the lifecycle of government owned property. Your work directly supports mission-critical programs, audits, and operational readiness.

Administer contract terms related to acquiring, controlling, using, reporting, and disposing of government property.
Assist with audits, documentation, investigations, and reporting of lost or damaged property.
Support determination of property acquisition needs, availability, and authority in alignment with program and contract requirements.
Use standard software tools or internal systems to establish and maintain accurate property records.
Maintain end-to-end accountability from acquisition to disposition, including preparing and coordinating required forms.
Conduct physical inventory of government property and reconcile findings to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assist in verifying property records, equipment servicing requirements, and accuracy of inventory on hand.
Support scheduling and verification of maintenance or service work according to government regulations and company or contractual standards.
Perform disposition actions for property designated for removal, replacement, or transfer.
Assist with inventory adjustments, liability evaluations, and property title issues.
Support government property activities associated with contract completion or closeout.
Work onsite to support full lifecycle government property processes, including acquisition, inventory, movement, and disposition.
Experience specializing in property loss tools and documentation.
Hands-on experience managing government property — especially NASA or aerospace?related.
Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Knowledge of property loss processes (specific training can be provided).
Must have government/federal property management experience (not commercial or residential).
Auditing experience; DCMA audit experience preferred.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related property management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with aerospace government property, FAR/DFARS, or subcontract management environments.
Experience supporting high compliance environments or federal programs.
