As a Engineer, you will guide multidisciplinary teams—Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware Engineering—to deliver high?quality, compliant solutions. What You’ll Do

You’ll manage projects of significant scope and complexity while ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory standards. In this role, you will serve as the central hub of communication, planning, and execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work complies with company quality procedures and standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans for moderately complex projects, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to allocate resources across project teams.
  • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders, management, and cross?functional partners.
  • Lead project teams in executing project plans by:
    • Facilitating communication between team members and other departments
    • Defining roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability
    • Motivating team members and fostering a high?morale, collaborative environment
  • Ensure all projects adhere to design control processes.
  • Maintain the project Design History File and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Provide technical oversight and make technical decisions as needed to support project success.

Role Structure & Additional Information

  • This position does not include direct reports, but requires strong leadership to supervise and guide cross?functional team members.
  • Projects may involve challenging scope and complexity.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

What You Bring

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Management.

Preferred Credentials

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong, clear communication skills
  • Conflict resolution and diplomacy
  • Proficiency in project planning (Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies)
  • Ability to negotiate competing priorities
  • Team motivation and leadership skills
  • Strong problem?solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational capability

Pay Details: $84.15 per hour
