Applying design and engineering principles to resolve product and process issues across the product lifecycle.
Researching technical, operational, and quality concerns to generate final engineering solutions.
Identifying, analyzing, and documenting issues that may impact design intent or safety—and driving resolution.
Developing and implementing product and process improvements.
Supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participating in design reviews.
Representing engineering throughout initial build, production, and post production phases.
Ensuring supplier and partner compliance with engineering and manufacturing standards.
Preparing customer communications for safe operation and maintenance guidance.
Participating in disabled aircraft/product repair teams, accident investigations, and on site support efforts.

Designing interim structural repairs with supporting static strength analysis.
Creating non destructive test (NDT) procedures, tools, and standards.
Engaging in a structured training rotation program (approx. 9 months) that may include various shifts and site-to-site travel.
This role requires daily exposure to a dynamic factory environment, including stairs, aircraft interiors, trip hazards, high noise areas, and chemical handling.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited (or equivalent) program.
9+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, manufacturing processes, and design principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with production teams.
