Customer Support Management – Drive Exceptional Service in a Fast Paced Aerospace Environment
Location: Hialeah, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift
Pay Rate: $16.21–$20.15 per hour
Type: Full-Time, Consultant (12 Months)
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated Customer Support Management professional to partner with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll ensure customers receive timely, accurate support for spare parts and service needs—playing a direct role in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall program success.
In this position, you will be the central point of contact for customer material support and coordination, including:
Responding to customer inquiries regarding spare parts and related service requirements.
Facilitating delivery problem resolution through communication with internal teams and suppliers.
Entering, tracking, and coordinating customer orders, delivery requirements, and return requests.
Collecting and processing supplier and customer information to support on-time delivery.
Monitoring order status and ensuring customers receive timely updates.
Ensuring all customer communication is documented and processed accurately.
Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, operations support, or a similar role.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems, including order entry, tracking, email, and basic office software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience supporting technical or manufacturing programs.
Familiarity with aerospace or industrial spare parts processes.
Background in delivery coordination, returns processing, or supply chain support.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
