Summary:
Update and revise installation plans in Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPPII).
Update and maintain plans in the Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES).
Create and revise Out-of-Sequence Installation Plans (OSIPs) supporting engineering and planning releases.
Ensure accuracy of work instructions, bills of materials, and manufacturing illustrations.
Investigate and resolve manufacturing and production issues.
Coordinate with other ME teams, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
Review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
Provide tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering needs.
Requirements:
Typically requires an Associate degree with 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Associate-level experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of related experience (Mid-Level)
6+ years of related experience (Senior Level)
Experience with manufacturing engineering planning systems, including:
Product Data Manager (PDM)
Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP)
Reference Engineering Data Automated Retrieval System (REDARS)
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP-LN)
