Summary:
Process PARs in the Electrical Wiring Information Tracking System (EWITS)
Perform producibility checks and release LCC changes and Production Illustration Revision Records (PIRRs)
Create and revise Out-of-Sequence Installation Plans (OSIPs)
Update installation plans within Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPPII)
Maintain and revise plans within the Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES)
Reallocate wire bundles and LMIs to support production requirements
Ensure accuracy of work instructions, bills of materials, and illustrations
Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Design Engineering teams
Investigate and resolve manufacturing and production issues
Requirements:
Education and experience typically include an Associate degree with 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ year of experience in a manufacturing production environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Associate-level experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of related experience (Mid-Level)
6+ years of related experience (Senior Level)
Experience with aerospace manufacturing planning systems such as:
Product Data Manager (PDM)
Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP)
Reference Engineering Data Automated Retrieval System (REDARS)
Wire Integration Retrieval System (WIRS)
