Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Domestic Travel: Up to 10%
Clearance: Secret Clearance (Not Required to Start)

Summary:
Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification plans
Apply interdisciplinary approaches to design, develop, and verify complex system solutions
Evaluate customer and operational needs to integrate technical parameters and ensure interface compatibility
Develop, manage, and validate system requirements, including technical specifications and supplier requirements
Conduct design reviews and technical assessments to ensure system performance and reliability
Support and improve requirements management processes, tools, risk management, issue/opportunity tracking, and technology readiness assessment
Resolve cross-functional technical issues across teams and disciplines
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science
9+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven Systems Engineering experience, including:
System design and functional decomposition
Requirements development and management
System analysis, verification, and validation
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as define:d by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership experience in engineering roles or team-driven projects
Active U.S. Security Clearance
