What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support critical manufacturing operations and work closely with engineering teams to ensure products meet strict performance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform assembly operations of gun systems in both team-based and individual work environments

• Assemble subassemblies and top-level assemblies using detailed work instructions

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly

• Work with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting

• Conduct rework and quality testing to maintain product integrity

• Operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts as required

• Use precision measuring tools to verify positioning during bonding and assembly operations

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following established safety procedures

• Record and track production data according to company guidelines

• Participate in team initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and schedule performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• 2 years of experience working with manufacturing assemblies

• Mechanical background

• Ability to interpret detailed operating procedures and work instructions

• Experience reading and interpreting technical prints

• Familiarity with Costpoint, MES, or similar manufacturing systems

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds Must obtain coverage under the Safe Explosives Act as an employee possessor/responsible person upon starting

• Ability to work the Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule, with overtime and occasional weekends if required

• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a production environment
