Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4x10 Schedule)
Pay Rate : $25.38 - $30.00 per hour

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support critical manufacturing operations and work closely with engineering teams to ensure products meet strict performance and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform assembly operations of gun systems in both team-based and individual work environments
Assemble subassemblies and top-level assemblies using detailed work instructions
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
Work with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
Conduct rework and quality testing to maintain product integrity
Operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts as required
Use precision measuring tools to verify positioning during bonding and assembly operations
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following established safety procedures
Record and track production data according to company guidelines
Participate in team initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and schedule performance
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 years of experience working with manufacturing assemblies
Mechanical background
Ability to interpret detailed operating procedures and work instructions
Experience reading and interpreting technical prints
Familiarity with Costpoint, MES, or similar manufacturing systems
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds Must obtain coverage under the Safe Explosives Act as an employee possessor/responsible person upon starting
Ability to work the Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule, with overtime and occasional weekends if required
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a production environment
