Schedule: Monday–Friday | Must be available for 1st or 2nd shift
Pay Rate: $30.86 to $36.39 per hour

As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and restoring aircraft systems that support military and aviation operations worldwide. Your expertise will help ensure aircraft return to service safely, efficiently, and with first-time quality—strengthening operational readiness and global security.
Working within a collaborative MRO team, you’ll contribute to maintenance, repair, and modification projects involving military commercial derivatives, fighter aircraft, and critical aviation components.
In this hands-on role, you’ll perform a variety of electrical and avionics maintenance tasks to ensure aircraft systems operate at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Read and interpret wiring schematics and aircraft system diagrams
Perform bonding, resistance, and continuity checks on electrical systems
Locate and verify proper wire routing during system installations
Conduct independent AC/DC power checks
Perform precise wire installations in accordance with technical drawings, including:
Proper spacing and cable tie usage
Bundle opening and cable care
Connector removal and installation
Complete wiring termination tasks including:
Connector pins and sockets
Standard ring terminals and stud build-up
Splicing shielded twisted pairs
Coaxial and shielded connector installations
Install and troubleshoot fiber optics, coaxial cable, and quadrax systems
Perform Air Data Testing with appropriate support
Conduct scheduled maintenance, repairs, modifications, and functional testing on avionics and electrical systems
Utilize electrical and measuring tools including multimeters, megohmmeters, crimpers, bond meters, and push-pull scales
Document maintenance activities accurately and maintain regulatory compliance
Identify technical discrepancies and escalate issues to leadership when needed
This role requires working at heights and using fall protection equipment. Candidates must be able to obtain Fall Protection Certification in accordance with OSHA standards.
4–5 years of aviation maintenance experience (Level B technician level)
Experience working on a 737 aircraft
Strong troubleshooting abilities, particularly with fiber optic systems
Ability to install and terminate connectors and electrical wiring components
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed
High school diploma or GED and relevant aviation, industry, or military experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
Military and corporate aviation backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.

These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant (A&P) certification
Knowledge of aviation maintenance processes including:
Human Factors
Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control
Tool control procedures
Health and safety regulations
COSHH standards
