We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team and help design intuitive user interfaces for Multi-Vehicle Supervision systems. In this role, you will create interface concepts and detailed designs, and collaborate closely with the software development team to build prototypes used for simulation and user testing.
As a UX/UI Designer , you will play a key role in developing an innovative interface for operators through an iterative design process that focuses on usability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the evolution of the system design by developing and maintaining design patterns, components, and documentation.
Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive user flows and interactions.
Navigate ambiguous problem spaces by defining problems, exploring multiple design iterations, and recommending design solutions.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to gather feedback, validate designs, ensure alignment on solutions, and maintain design consistency.
Balance design quality with technical constraints and changing requirements throughout the development process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of UX/UI design experience.
At least 1–2 portfolio projects demonstrating design process and outcomes.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative design cycles, including wireframing, prototyping, and testing concepts quickly.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Experience incorporating user feedback and usability insights into design decisions.
Ability to explore multiple design solutions and clearly communicate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Figma.
