We are seeking a skilled Assembly & Test Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience—preferably within automotive, aerospace, machining, aviation, or similar technical fields. You will perform both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly and testing operations to support production demands.
Successful candidates are proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Mechanical proficiency, problem‑solving skills, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Perform standard assembly and testing operations on various components and equipment
Follow established manufacturing processes with accuracy and consistency
Work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight
Execute both repetitive and non-repetitive duties based on production needs
Maintain high levels of safety, quality, and production efficiency
Strong mechanical and hands-on background
Experience in automotive, aerospace, electrical, plumbing, construction, machining, or aviation
Ability to use computers and basic digital tools
Excellent reliability and work ethic
Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
3–6 years of manufacturing, mechanical, or technical labor experience strongly preferred

Reliable and capable of working overnight shifts

$22.00 hr
Up to $3,000 in attendance bonuses over the first 90 days
