Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-Month Assignment)
Pay Rate starting at : $42.64-$53.00 per hour

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will support the preparation, development, coordination, and execution of integrated program plans aligned with industry project management standards. Your work will directly impact program success by ensuring schedules, commitments, and deliverables are aligned across customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role where organization, analytical thinking, and clear communication drive performance and results.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and maintenance of integrated project plans and schedules

• Coordinate scheduling and change management activities to meet program requirements

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics related to project plans

• Identify and communicate performance variances, project status updates, and change impacts

• Assist with risk assessments and development of mitigation strategies

• Support business case refinement and data analysis

• Maintain accurate updates on tasks, commitments, compliance requirements, and program status

• Coordinate documentation of work statements and resulting schedules

• Communicate plan changes and recovery strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, tracking, reporting)

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
