LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
PAY RATE: $21.21/hour

Summary:
Manufacture composite aircraft parts in accordance with engineering and manufacturing specifications.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations.
Perform composite processes such as lay-up, cutting, bagging, curing, trimming, and repair.
Inspect work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to final inspection.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation (e.g., MIRs, DMTs, DR/DI).
Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain a clean and organized work area; comply with FOD, 5S, and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ year of related composite manufacturing experience.
Ability to work with composite resins and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a 6" scale.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
Ability to work any shift based on business needs.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
