Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (9/80 Schedule)
Pay Rate: $36 to $39 per hour
Work Arrangement: Onsite | No Travel
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a detail-driven Manufacturing Analyst supporting advanced aircraft production programs. In this high-impact role, you’ll help drive efficiency, quality, and cost control across complex manufacturing operations. Working in a collaborative, team-based environment, you will play a critical part in enabling cutting-edge aerospace innovation and ensuring production excellence.
As a Manufacturing Analyst, you will support production, business, and operational processes across multiple functional areas, including planning, quality, materials, tooling, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include:
Tracking and reporting daily manufacturing costs and supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) activities.
Maintaining visibility dashboards, metrics, and performance charts.
Providing weekly and monthly status reports to leadership.
Closing and documenting tool orders for assembly tooling programs.
Validating incoming materials against bills of material and ensuring accuracy.
Developing and maintaining internal tooling documentation and packages.
Collaborating with Production, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
Managing chemical usage, inventory, and compliance within tracking systems.
Overseeing tool accountability, audits, and asset management activities.
Supporting certification compliance, onboarding, team engagement, safety initiatives, and administrative functions.
Facilitating process improvement and problem-solving efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 1 year of experience, OR 7 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to work any shift as needed.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing methods, fabrication processes, and assembly operations.
Project management or leadership experience coordinating tooling and production activities.
Cost account management experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
