Shifts & Pay:

• Mid Shift (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5:30 PM): $17.75/hr
• 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri, 3 PM–11:30 PM): $18.75/hr
• Weekend Shift (Fri–Sun, 6 AM–6 PM): $19.83/hr

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support a top aerospace partner in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment. Your work ensures essential parts are received, organized, and delivered efficiently, directly impacting production schedules and the success of critical aerospace programs.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to warehouse operations, responsible for:

• Receiving, stocking, and issuing parts using barcodes and computerized inventory systems.
• Operating an automated carousel and managing bulk area inventory.
• Verifying part quantities and condition; maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Preparing, packaging, and shipping products or components per established procedures.
• Unloading trucks, unpacking shipments, pulling materials from the stockroom, and supporting daily warehouse workflows.
• Performing stock transactions, cycle counts, and basic SAP data entries (SAP experience not required).
• Picking up and delivering items internally and externally.
• Standing for long periods and safely lifting materials (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Required Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver's license (mandatory).
• High school diploma or GED (verification required).
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry (including simple SAP tasks).
• Strong energy and work ethic; dependable and safety?focused.
• Ability to read and follow simple oral and written instructions.
• Basic math skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following experience is beneficial:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or stockroom environments.
• Experience handling inventory with barcode or computerized systems.
