Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Engineer for a remote contract opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): •8-10 years of experience • Experience with ADDIE model or similar philosophy in the design, development, and execution of learning for adults • Experience with MS Office products • Understanding of Organization Change Management principles and methods • Ability to influence, motivate and coach diverse teams to enable workforce adaptation and bring change • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to apply a structured approach to empower individuals to collectively re-imagine possibilities to facilitate business transformation. • Ability to cultivate a project plan to guide implementation, inclusive of new ways of working and change management, across multi-discipline teams/programs. • Ability to comprehend, process, and distill complex information/data into comprehensive, clear messages to drive learning/buy-in. • Ability to think strategically with experience creating and implement detailed tactical, results-driven plans. • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and changing settings.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: This person will engage with the Business/Program Teams to plan, design, analyze, develop, train, and deploy the approach utilizing techniques within Prosci Change Management methods and principles. Based on scope and need, training development and delivery required applying the ADDIE model in each phase of development. Training Materials will include multiple artifacts such as Instructor Led Training, Web Based Training and Quick Reference Materials.
